At RightMD Health (“RightMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and compliant telehealth services. This policy explains how order processing, prescription fulfillment, and shipping are handled when using our platform.

By placing an order or requesting telehealth services through RightMD, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Telehealth Services and Prescription Requests

RightMD provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers.

  • You complete a medical intake questionnaire
  • A licensed healthcare provider reviews your information
  • The provider determines whether a prescription is medically appropriate

If approved, the prescription may be transmitted to a licensed partner pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery. RightMD itself does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications.

2. Processing Time for Orders

Orders submitted through the RightMD platform are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Cut-off time for same-day processing is 2 PM.

Handling time is usually 24 to 48 hours and transit time is usually 4 to 7 days.

Processing includes:

  • Verification of submitted information
  • Provider review of the medical intake form
  • Determination of treatment eligibility

3. Prescription Fulfillment and Shipping

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it may be sent to a partner pharmacy for fulfillment.

Shipping and delivery of medications are handled by the pharmacy and its selected shipping carriers.

Free USPS shipping method is available.

Delivery timelines depend on pharmacy processing time, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and weather or logistical delays.

RightMD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or pharmacies.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When a prescription is fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy, a shipment confirmation email may be sent including tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

5. Delivery Issues

Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is handled by the carrier.

RightMD is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages during transit
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect delivery caused by inaccurate address information

6. Stolen or Missing Deliveries

If a carrier confirms delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should first check with neighbors, building management, or household members.

Customers should then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if applicable.

RightMD is not responsible for packages reported stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

7. Reporting Shipping Issues

If you experience a problem with your order or shipment, contact our support team within 24 hours.

  • Your order or appointment ID
  • Date of service
  • Description of the issue

8. Regulatory Compliance

RightMD operates in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and telemedicine standards to protect patient safety and comply with pharmaceutical handling regulations.
