RightMD Health provides a technology platform that facilitates access to telehealth services by connecting users with licensed healthcare providers. Healthcare services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals who are responsible for medical decisions, assessments, and prescriptions.

1. What is RightMD Health?

RightMD Health is an online platform that helps connect eligible users with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth services. Through the platform, users may complete intake forms, request a consultation, and, when medically appropriate, receive a prescription decision from a licensed provider.

2. Is RightMD a pharmacy?

No. RightMD does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications. When a licensed provider determines that a prescription is medically appropriate, the prescription may be transmitted to a licensed partner pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery.

3. How does the process work?

  • You complete the required medical intake questionnaire
  • A licensed healthcare provider reviews your information
  • The provider determines whether treatment or a prescription is medically appropriate
  • If approved, the prescription may be sent to a licensed partner pharmacy for fulfillment

4. Does placing an order guarantee a prescription?

No. Submission of an order, payment, or intake form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescription decisions are made only by licensed healthcare providers based on medical appropriateness and applicable law.

5. Are medical results or treatment outcomes guaranteed?

No. RightMD does not guarantee any specific medical result, treatment outcome, or response to therapy. Individual results vary, and all medical decisions are made by licensed providers based on the information submitted by the user.

6. Who provides the medical care?

Healthcare services available through the platform are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals. These providers are responsible for clinical review, medical judgment, and prescription decisions.

7. Is RightMD intended for emergencies?

No. RightMD is not intended for emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

8. Who can use the platform?

Services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older and only where telehealth services are legally permitted. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform.

9. Do I need to complete the medical intake form?

Yes. Users must complete the required medical intake questionnaire so that a licensed provider can evaluate the request. Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent completion of the service.

10. How long does provider review usually take?

Orders submitted through the RightMD platform are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Review times may vary depending on order volume, completeness of the submitted information, and provider availability.

11. How are medications fulfilled and shipped?

If a prescription is approved, fulfillment and shipping are handled by the licensed pharmacy and its selected shipping carriers. Delivery timelines depend on pharmacy processing time, carrier operations, selected shipping method, and other logistical factors.

12. Will I receive tracking information?

When a prescription is fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy, a shipment confirmation email may be sent with tracking information provided by the shipping carrier, when available.

13. Is RightMD responsible for shipping delays or lost packages?

Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is handled by the carrier. RightMD is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier interruptions, lost packages during transit, or incorrect delivery caused by inaccurate address information provided by the user.

14. What if a package shows delivered but I cannot locate it?

If a carrier confirms delivery but the package cannot be located, you should first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. You should then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if applicable. RightMD is not responsible for packages reported stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

15. Can medications be returned?

Generally, no. Due to pharmacy safety regulations and medication handling requirements, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. RightMD does not accept returns of medications dispensed by partner pharmacies.

16. Are consultations or digital services refundable?

Telehealth consultations and digital healthcare services are generally non-refundable once completed. Refunds will not be issued after a provider has reviewed your case, a consultation has taken place, or a prescription decision has been issued.

17. What happens if a provider decides treatment is not medically appropriate?

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is not medically appropriate, charges related to medication fulfillment may not be processed. However, consultation or provider review fees may still apply where permitted.

18. What information does RightMD collect?

RightMD may collect personal information, health information, and payment-related information needed to provide services, process requests, support provider review, fulfill transactions, and comply with legal obligations. Examples may include your name, date of birth, contact information, mailing or shipping address, medical history, symptoms, medication history, and transaction records.

19. How is my information protected?

RightMD implements safeguards consistent with applicable privacy and security requirements, including encrypted data transmission, restricted access controls, secure hosting environments, and ongoing security monitoring. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

20. Does RightMD share my information with third parties?

Information may be shared with licensed healthcare providers, payment processors, pharmacies, hosting or security providers, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required, as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to operate the platform and provide services.
