At RightMD Health (“RightMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and compliant telehealth services. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled when using our platform.
By placing an order or requesting telehealth services through RightMD, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Returns Policy
Due to pharmacy safety regulations and medication handling requirements, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed.
RightMD does not accept returns of medications that have been dispensed by partner pharmacies.
2. Refund Policy for Telehealth Services
Telehealth consultations and digital healthcare services are generally non-refundable once completed.
Refunds will not be issued after:
- A medical provider has reviewed your case
- A consultation has taken place
- A prescription decision has been issued
3. Incomplete Consultations
Users must complete the medical intake questionnaire after submitting payment. Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent service completion.
Incomplete consultations due to missing user information may not be eligible for refunds.
4. When Charges May Not Apply
If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is not medically appropriate, charges related to medication fulfillment may not be processed.
However, consultation or provider review fees may still apply where permitted.
5. Reporting Service Issues
If you experience a problem with your order or consultation, contact our support team within 24 hours.

- Your order or appointment ID
- Date of service
- Description of the issue
6. Regulatory Compliance
RightMD operates in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and telemedicine standards to protect patient safety and comply with pharmaceutical handling regulations.

RightMD may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
